PIXEL & POISE – STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a session with Pixel & Poise, the client agrees to the following terms and policies:
Travel Dates

BOOKING & PAYMENT
• All bookings require a deposit to confirm and are subject to studio availability.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one (1) reschedule, provided notice is given in advance and policy conditions are met.
• The remaining balance must be settled on or before the shoot date.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit payment is received.

SESSION TIME & FLOW
• The booked session time starts as scheduled, regardless of client arrival time.
• Late arrival may result in a shortened shoot time with no adjustment in price.
• Outfit changes are allowed within the allotted time of the chosen package.
• Unlimited shots with variations (solo, couple, group, etc.) are allowed within the selected time only.

PARTICIPANTS & CONDUCT
• Clients are responsible for the cooperation of all participants, including children and pets.
• Pixel & Poise is not liable for missed shots due to uncooperative participants.
• Any form of harassment, disrespect, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

PHOTO OUTPUT & DELIVERY
• RAW or unedited photos are NOT released under any circumstances.
• Only final edited images, curated by Pixel & Poise, will be delivered.
• Editing style follows the studio’s artistic direction and signature look.
• Standard delivery time for Upgraded Package photos is 5–7 days, sent via Google Drive, unless otherwise stated.

PRINTS & ADD-ONS
• Prints and add-ons must be selected on the shoot day.
• Additional charges apply for extra participants, pets, prints, backdrop upgrades, extended time, and enhancements.
• Print quantities and sizes are based on the selected package.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
• One (1) reschedule is allowed per booking, subject to availability.
• Failure to show up or provide notice within the agreed period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
CHANGES & RIGHTS
• Packages, pricing, promotions, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Changes may be made at the discretion of Pixel & Poise management.
• All rights reserved.
By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Pixel & Poise studio terms and conditions.
